After a long journey and a good night sleep we awoke Monday morning to sunshine and a beautiful city.
We did a walking tour of old Zagreb and now we’re starving so off for a late lunch and some cool beers. We’ll post some photos later today.
It’s now tomorrow and it took us quite a while to figure out how to post these pics properly but we think we did it. These are just some random shots of old Zagreb and as we mentioned, it really is a beautiful city. The city is full of outdoor cafes and bars and has a real social vibe to it.
Tomorrow we pick up our rental car and head to Plivice Lakes, a UNESCO world heritage site where we hope to spend a couple of days however we haven’t reserved a hotel yet so our fingers are crossed.
