Yesterday we visited Manning Market, a bustling market ripe with everything grown in Sri Lanka and is the city’s wholesale fruit and vegetable centre.
After a quick lunch we took a tuk tuk to Gangaramaya Buddhist Temple which is one of the most important temples in Colombo and is a mix of modern, Sri Lankan, Thai, Indian and Chinese architecture.

An eclectic mixture of deities indeed…from full-faced, adorned/adored, to skeletal…a story/history there in the sequence of pics…so interesting and wonderful!🎎🏮⛩ Poor-looking, but sweet little kitty in the market!🙀You know I love and have cats!😿😘❤️ xo
