We made a stop near Ghanzi at Thakadu Bush Camp to break up the long drive from Windhoek to Maun.
It was a nice stopover with a local watering hole (both the animal and human kind) but no animals showed up in either. It was a good pit stop and although the beer was cold the food service, in our experience was terrible.
We waited way too long for our food and we let this get to us and this ultimately put a little damper on an otherwise fine day.
